SUMMARY:I Am My Home - Mariapia Malerba
DESCRIPTION:In 2025\, artists Shah Hadjebi\, Marti Koehler\, MariaPia Malerba\, and Wilson McCray worked on a collaborative drawing inspired by Sanibel’s designation as a sanctuary island. Created over the course of three months\, the 6-foot by 125-foot mural became a powerful expression of four distinct artistic voices united by a shared connection to nature. The completed mural will take on new life in the West Gallery\, where visitors can experience this extraordinary collaboration from an entirely new perspective.
