BIG ARTS - FAQ - Before You Arrive
- WHERE IS BIG ARTS LOCATED?
BIG ARTS is located at 900 Dunlop Road, Sanibel Island, 33957 - IS PARKING AVAILAIBLE AT THE LOCATION?
Parking is free. BIG ARTS shares its main parking lot with the Historical Village & Museum. Patrons must not park in Museum-designated spaces during Museum hours. Overflow parking -connected by lighted pathways- is available at City Hall and the library. Parking in fire lanes, on grass, or on roads is prohibited. Sanibel Police monitors parking during events to enforce parking rules. - DO YOU OFFER VALET SERVICES?
BIG ARTS offers a free valet service during Performing Arts events. For other large events, parking attendants are on site to assist drivers. - HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR A SCHEDULED EVENT?
The box office opens one hour prior to each event start time. Ensure enough time to park, retrieve tickets from the box office and purchase a drink from the bar if wanted. - WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ARRIVE LATE FOR A SCHEDULED EVENT?
The performance hall will open 30 minutes prior to curtain. Latecomers MUST check in at the box office upon arrival and will be seated at the discretion of management. In the case of a sold-out event, BIG ARTS reserves the right to re-sell seats unclaimed at curtain time.
- IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Temperature of the performance hall runs chilly. Please dress accordingly or bring layers.
Restrooms are located on the first floor only.
