- WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE/GIFT SHOP HOURS?
OCTOBER – APRIL:
Monday – Friday: 9:00AM – 4:00PM

Saturday – Sunday: ClosedThe box office opens 1 hour prior to each event start time.
The box office is closed on New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and December 26.
- WHAT ARE THE GALLERY HOURS?
BIG ARTS galleries are always free and open to the public during box office hours. Information on exhibit titles, artist names, dates and durations can be found HERE. - HOW AND WHEN CAN I VOLUNTEER?
There are a variety of volunteer opportunities available at BIG ARTS, and we are always delighted to welcome new members to our diverse team of energetic men and women who return happily year after year to spend their time with us. Click HERE to learn more and to get involved today! - WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY BIG ARTS ACCOUNT (USERNAME OR PASSWORD)?
BIG ARTS user accounts use your email address as your account login, and if you don’t recall which email address you used to create your account, you can either register for a new account or you can call the Box Office at (239) 395-0900 during working hours and ask them what email account you have in our system.If you don’t know your password or want to reset your password, simply use the Reset Password button and a link will be sent to your email address for you to change your password.
If you attempt to login to your account unsuccessfully, it will lock after 10 attempts. When a lockout is triggered, a message is displayed to indicate the number of minutes the account will be locked.
