BIG ARTS - FAQ - Ticketing

  • CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKETS?
    Tickets are non-refundable.

  • CAN TICKETS BE EXCHANGED?
    Tickets may be exchanged up to 72 hours in advance of a performance date for another performance or event during the current season. Service fees are neither refundable nor transferable. If an exchange is made for a ticket of lesser value, the difference is not refunded; if made for a ticket of greater value, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange. Please call the box office at (239) 395-0900 for exchanges.

  • CAN TICKETS BE DONATED?
    If you cannot use your ticket(s) and it is less than 72 hours until the performance or event, BIG ARTS may accept your ticket value as a donation and issue a letter for tax purposes. To enact this policy, please call BIG ARTS box office at (239) 395-0900. Please note, once the performance or event has begun, we can no longer offer this courtesy.

  • WHERE CAN I FIND THE SEATING CHART?
    The seating chart for BIG ARTS Christensen Performance Hall can be found HERE.
    At BIG ARTS, seating maps can also be found outside each entrance to the performance hall.

  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GENERAL AND RESERVED SEATING?
    Some events will be reserved seating while others are general admission.

    Reserved Seating Events:  You select your seat(s) on-line or with help from the box office staff. Your seat number is printed on your ticket. 
    General Admission Events: Open seating on a first-come basis. You will not be given the option to select your seat during checkout.

  • WHAT ACCESSIBILITY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
    BIG ARTS is committed to providing services for persons with disabilities. Accessible seating is available for all events on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let the box office know if wheelchair accessible seating is required upon placing your ticket order.

  • HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
    Tickets for performances at BIG ARTS will be held at the box office.  You may pick them up in advance during office hours or one hour prior to your event start time.

  • WHEN I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE, WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION/RECEIPT?
    You will receive a ticket confirmation to the email address you used to sign in when purchasing tickets. If you do not see an email, please check your spam/junk folder.

  • DO YOU OFFER STUDENT TICKETS?
    Some events offer a reduced “Student/Child” price, which applies to students aged 25 and under with valid ID and children 17 and under when accompanied by a paying adult.

  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
    Gift Certificates are available for any denomination and are sold through the box office only.  Call (239) 395-0900 during office hours and our staff will be happy to assist you.
