Donna Lee says, “I am a hands-on learner, so that is my style of teaching. I believe people learn best by doing. It is how I taught my students for 36 years and how I teach my Zentangle classes. I enjoy the excitement and awe on people’s faces when they see their finished piece, as most people I have worked with have said, ‘I could never do that!’ It is rewarding for me to see their surprise and eagerness to try again.”

I have been teaching the art of Zentangle for about two years. I am a retired special education teacher. I took a Zentangle class in 2013 and immediately fell in love with it. Since then, I have taken more classes and done a lot of tangling on my own. I am now a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) and attended the CZT training seminar offered by the founders of Zentangle. I am delighted to now be able to share this art form with others.
