Watercolor pencils = Drawing + Painting!
They combine the precision and control of pencil drawing with the fluid possibilities of paint. Explore the many ways these versatile pencils can be used – wet or dry, alone or for mixed media. Great for artists’ journals and plein air, for sketching or serious artwork, they even mix well with pen and ink and traditional watercolor. The class will include fun exercises, making color charts, a guided painting project, and time to work on your choice of subjects provided. Various pencil sets will be available to share in class, no need to bring your own. Paper will also be provided.
With pencils and paper provided, the supplies to bring are minimal – a couple brushes, pencil sharpener, erasers and fine line art markers if you wish. You may want a support board for the paper and tape to secure it.

BIG ARTS Master Artist Cancellation Policy:
We offer a variety of workshops taught by nationally and internationally recognized master artists. Due to the contractual agreements with some of these artists. $75 of the workshop fee is non-refundable and non-transferable upon registration.
Cancellations made more than one week (7 days) prior to the start of class will receive an 80% refund, less the $75 non-refundable fee.
OR
Your funds may be applied to any other workshop of your choice during the current season, less the $75 non-refundable fee.
