In this fun class, we will be working with natural and dyed pine needles to create colorful baskets. Students will learn how to weave clusters of colors into your design, creating three-dimensional effects, which can impact the shape of your basket. There will be examples of baskets on display, and each step of making these baskets will be demonstrated by Gisela.
Students should wear old clothing or an apron. Bring sharp scissors and an empty oatmeal (or similar) container to hold the pine needles. Bring a beverage and lunch!

BIG ARTS Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than one week (7 days) prior to the start of class will receive an 80% refund. OR – funds may be applied to any other workshop of your choice during the current season.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations made less than one-week prior to the start of the class.
