Learn techniques for successful pastel painting. Work with an instructor experienced in the use of pastels to depict portraits and still life. Instruction will consist of (1) selection of materials to use for successful pastel paintings, (2) demonstrations of various techniques to use with pastels, (3) arrangement of objects for still life subjects, (4) importance of use of light to define form, and (5) students may work from a still life supplied by the instructor or from a still life they supply. The instructor will work with each student individually in their area of need.
Beginners are welcome, as are experienced artists wishing to polish their skills.
Pack your lunch for a half hour break.
The class will meet at 900 Dunlop Road, Sanibel.

Cancellations made more than one week (7-days) prior to the start of class will receive an 80% refund.
OR
Your funds may be applied to another workshop of your choice during the current season.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations made less than one week (7-days) prior to the start of the class.
