Discover the timeless art of pottery through hand-building!
This beginner-friendly class is perfect for those new to working with clay. You’ll learn foundational techniques such as pinch, coil, and slab construction to create both functional and decorative pieces. The class also introduces basic surface decoration and glazing, helping you bring your creations to life with color and texture.
What You’ll Learn: • Pinch, coil, and slab building techniques • How to design and build simple forms (cups, bowls, vases, and small sculptures) • Introductory surface decoration: stamping, carving, and texture tools • Basic glazing and studio safety practices No experience necessary, just curiosity and creativity!

BIG ARTS Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than one week (7 days) prior to the start of class will receive an 80% refund. OR funds may be applied to any other workshop of your choice during the current season.
