Create your own whimsical free-standing bird sculpture using masking tape as your sculpting medium. This class is perfect for artists of all levels, whether you’re a beginner looking to explore your creativity or an experienced artist wanting to experiment with a new medium.
Led by Jeff, whose relaxed and conversational teaching style encourages individual creativity, you’ll learn how to layer and manipulate masking tape, along with using paper, wire, and glass marbles to build a sturdy shorebird, complete with sculpted swimwear.
At the end of the class, you’ll take home your own unique bird sculpture, reflecting the charm of contemporary folk art. You’ll also receive an instructional handout to help you seal and paint your artwork using easy-to-find materials at home.

Cancellations made more than one week (7 days) prior to the start of class will receive an 80% refund. OR – funds may be applied to any other workshop of your choice during the current season.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations made less than one-week prior to the start of the class.
